Scioto River Near Prospect affecting Delaware and Marion Counties.
* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE…Scioto River near Prospect.
* WHEN…Until late this morning.
* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, Highway 203 inaccessible north of
Prospect. In Prospect, Elm, West River, Prospect, and Upper
Sandusky Roads are flood. Water covers portions of River Road
north of Hoskins Road in northwest Deleware County. Lowland
flooding also begins along State Route 257 north of Route 36.

– At 5:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early this morning and continue falling to 4.7 feet early
Saturday afternoon.
