WWA for Knox CountyAt 143 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected
along the Clear Fork of the Mohican River and the Black Fork near
Loudonville. Stay away from rivers and creeks where rapid rises are
occurring. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned
area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
