effect snow bands may produce additional localized accumulations of
up to an inch through this morning, mainly across portions of
Ashtabula and Trumbull Counties. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 MPH will
continue to lead to patchy blowing snow this morning. While
conditions are expected to slowly improve this morning, many roads
will remain snow covered and or icy and drivers are urged to use
caution and slow down to match road conditions through this morning.Accumulating snow has ended across most of the area. Lingering lake
