Flash Flood Warning issued April 4 at 1:20AM EDT until April 4 at 1:45AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

WWA for Richland CountyAt 120 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated several rounds of
thunderstorms producing heavy rain occurred across the warned area
this evening. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Dalton, West Salem, Hayesville, Savannah, Polk, Smithville, Apple
